Glenn Goodfellow has been endorsed as the Liberal Party’s candidate for Tarneit for the 2018 Victorian State Election.
Glenn has lived in the Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit suburbs all of his life and is constantly involved in the local community.
This includes his volunteering at Clean Up Australia Day, National Tree Day, Community Festivals, Residents’ Associations, Sports Clubs and in community business organisations.
He has served as a Councillor in the City of Wyndham from 2008 to 2016 and was Deputy Mayor in 2011 to 2012. This experience means he knows the way government works.
Glenn has always been passionate about his community and when the Andrews Labor Government sought to place a Juvenile Justice Precinct in our city he took a leading role in organising the community campaign to have it moved.
He and his wife Colleen are long standing volunteer members of the Truganina CFA. Colleen is the first female Captain of the Truganina CFA over its 78 year history. Today he is raising his family in Tarneit with his daughters attending a local school.
